汽車電動尾門系統布置與校核

摘要: 介紹了汽車電動尾門系統的組成及工作原理, 利用力矩平衡原理分析電動尾門系統的受力情況。重點分析了電動尾門
系統在設計階段的布置點、操作力、安裝力、安裝空間、懸停區域、開閉性能等參數的校核, 并結合工程實際, 給出相關參數的
設計校核經驗值, 從而有效地減少設計及布置時間, 提高工作效率, 為電動尾門系統的開發和優化提供參考。

was analyzed by using the principle of torque balance. The analysis of the electric tailgate system in the design phase of the layout point, operating
force, installation force, installation space, hovering area, opening and closing performance and other parameters of the check was focused
on, and combined with the engineering practice, the design check experience value of the relevant parameters was given, so as to effectively
reduce the design and layout time, improve work efficiency, and provide a reference for the development and optimization of the electric
tailgate system.
